Whitewash is an independent fan game created for entertainment purposes only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the International Cricket Council (ICC), any national cricket board, ESPNcricinfo, or any other official cricketing body. All player names and statistics are used purely for non-commercial, informational purposes in the context of a fan game.

Data we collect

Whitewash collects no personal information. No accounts, no login, no email required. When you complete a game, your XI and series result are saved anonymously (no IP address, no user ID) to enable future sharing features.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, session duration, country). Analytics cookies are only set after you provide consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by revisiting your cookie preferences through the banner.

Third-party services

Player statistics are sourced from ESPN Statsguru via Kaggle (dataset by Mate Papava, MIT licence). This site uses Google Analytics, which may set cookies — see section above.
